TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contract and deposit

Payment is to be expected on the day of your arrival Means of payment: Cash, Bank transfer, Check (France only)​

We do not have a CB terminal (Distributor in the Center of Pernes les Fontaines 5 minutes by car from the house)

Upon receipt of the deposit your reservation is final (30% of the amount of the stay and 100% for late reservations)

Rules of the shed 

We welcome you personally between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. and we thank you for calling us 1 hour before to give us your approximate arrival time.

We do not accept any other people from outside 

The shed must be vacated no later than 10 a.m. 

For hygienic reasons our animal friends are not accepted 

The shed is "non-smoking", ashtrays are available outside in your "garden area" and around the swimming pool

The swimming pool and the garden are shared with the owners and the two cats of the house

Use of places 

We ask you to respect the tranquility of the place and to use it in accordance with its intended purpose.

We thank you for not throwing anything in the toilet. The sewage system is specific to our house so it is very important to use the trash can for towels, tampons, wipes, cotton swabs, etc.

Don't forget to turn off the lights to avoid attracting insects 

Cancellation 

You are free to book and cancel, we will refund the deposit.  

If you do not show up before 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival, the reservation becomes void and we will be able to dispose of the cabanon
